Birth of the Léger House
The return of the war 14-18, Mr. Leger Louis (great-grandfather) created his joinery business in the center of Bozel. Then in 1945, his son Gilbert took over. At the time, the joiner also manufactured coffins. Stuck between 2 houses, the workshop became more and more narrow.
Opening of Le Galetas
In order to save space, improve production and to be able to store wood, Robert Léger (3rd generation) moved the company into the industrial area of Bozel. It consisted of the workshop of production currently in the main building and a desk. The wood was stored outside in the open air. A small area was reserved to what is now known as the store “Le Galetas”.
An additional span extends the store with decorative elements and fixtures.
Takeover of the company by Nicolas Leger (4th generation). One floor is added in order to develop the decoration pole.
Arrival of Laurie Blanc in the establishment, specifically in the store. New expansion of the store, the storage section and the finish area.
Creation of the decoration service, with Ms Laurie Blanc as lead designer. As some of our customers are absent for several months of the year, we are developing this service to prepare the ownership of their property. After some meetings, we propose a project that we put in place. On arrival, in winter, all the elements of decoration are laid.
Ground outlet of a new building adjoining the workshop to add storage space and a logistics hub. In parallel, the creation of the interior architecture department.
The joinery workshop makes both savoyards furniture. Each year our joiners create the looks you wish to while our installers are finalizing them incorporating them in your home.
This year a new building combining offices and apartments was built. This demonstrates the dynamism of our company in the development of projects and its expertise in wood work. Soon a digital machine will join us and other tools of the workshop. Thus extending our range of achievements.

The evolution of the shop and the joinery does not stop. An expansion project is planned this time for the shop and office whilst still receiving our customers as best we can. Offering the best products under the best conditions will always remain our main objective.
Attached to the workshop, the store offers a vast showroom. Our decorators welcome you, advise you and invite you to explore every corner of the store.
